To understand some of the ways that AI is affecting mental health care, Nick Romeo of Capital & Main spoke with more than a dozen therapists, clinicians, academic experts and advocates in Wisconsin and California, who said the hasty integration of the technology is eroding patients’ access to timely and appropriate mental health care.
Data centers are a big issue in the Wisconsin governor’s race, but so far the major party candidates’ positions don’t sound very different, Editor Ruth Conniff writes in a commentary that examines what kind of data center regulation Wisconsinites should demand of their political leaders.
A Dane County judge denied Wisconsin Senate Democrats’ request Thursday that Michele Magadance Skinner, a Republican state Senate candidate and Eau Claire County Board member, be tossed off the November ballot over claims she doesn’t really reside in the state. Baylor Spears reports.
